Comprehensive educational evaluations for children, teens, and adults, helping families access the support, accommodations, and resources they need to thrive.
Getting a proper evaluation is often the first step toward understanding why learning feels harder than it should, and accessing the support that makes a genuine difference. Our evaluations are conducted by Dr. Carrie Miller, a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.
We work with students of all ages, school districts, families, and advocates to provide thorough, evidence-based assessments that are clearly explained and actionable.
Weekend testing is available, and we serve rural communities across the region.

Evaluations at Clear Skies Therapy Center are conducted from a school psychologist's perspective and are intended for educational evaluation purposes, including cognitive scores for IEP and 504 eligibility. While Dr. Miller has exposure to clinical psychological assessments, this is not her primary area of expertise. If you are seeking assessments for clinical mental health concerns, we recommend consulting a clinical psychologist with that specialization.
