She is trained in EMDR, sandtray therapy, and animal-assisted therapy, and is passionate about supporting clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior challenges, and suicidal ideation. She blends evidence-based practices with creative and experiential approaches to help clients and families thrive.
Lexy earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Boise State University and contributed as a research associate on a National Institute of Mental Health grant. She is passionate about supporting teens and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, addiction, self-harm, and relationship challenges, utilizing CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Art Therapy.
Anna received her Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Boise State University. She has experience in school-based mental health, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling with the K-12 population. Anna has a passion for play therapy and is currently working towards her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification.
Jenna graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with her Master's Degree in Social Work. She has years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care and community mental health and crisis stabilization services. Jenna has a passion for working with children and teens and advocates for early mental health treatment.
Veronica has over seven years of experience and earned her Master's in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. She specializes in Gottman Couples Therapy, Advanced Trauma techniques, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, supporting individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.

She uses a humanistic approach focused on mindfulness and CBT, and has a wealth of experience with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Melissa is passionate about helping children and families navigate the challenges of life.
Kyle holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Boise State University and works primarily with youth and young adults. His areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, grief, autism, and intellectual disabilities. He takes a humanistic, person-centered approach focused on creating a welcoming environment.
Dr. Miller is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychological assessments for adolescents and adults. She focuses on diagnosing and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), providing tailored, evidence-based interventions and collaborating with schools to foster inclusive environments.
Rachel has been a licensed counselor since 2016, with 11 years supporting justice-involved individuals through the State of Idaho. She offers telehealth and in-person therapy for adolescents and adults with mood, anxiety, and substance use concerns, and is introducing nature and animal-assisted therapy at the Star location.
Dr. Watson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in physical and behavioral health. She is a Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and Life Coach, passionate about supporting people through emotional pain, loss, life transitions, and the stresses of caregiving. You can hear Dr. Watson live on Elementary Watson, Tuesdays 4–5 PM on Radio Boise.
Kelli has worked in mental health since 2004 and holds a Play Therapy Certificate from Capella University. She is a military spouse of 18+ years and is passionate about serving active-duty members, veterans, and their families. She uses play therapy, Adlerian, CBT, CPT, EMDR, and DBT approaches across children, adolescents, and adults.
Rami earned both her BSW and MSW from Boise State University. She works with adolescents and adults facing mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders, trauma, substance use, crisis intervention, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy.
Ellee specializes in working with children and the grown-ups who love them, as well as adolescents, adults, and expectant mothers considering adoption. She received her MSW from Boise State University and uses a child-centered play therapy approach to help those she works with feel seen, heard, and supported.
Sydnie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and military spouse of over five years with personal and professional experience supporting military families. Her focus areas include depression, anxiety, body image, self-worth, disordered eating, military concerns, life transitions, and women's issues.
Dr. Fernandez holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and has nearly a decade of clinical experience. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, attachment issues, and professional burnout, and has been practicing telehealth since 2020 with skill at building meaningful virtual therapeutic connections.
Amanda has worked in mental health since 2017 across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals navigating substance use, housing instability, women's issues, neurodivergence, grief, and trauma. She earned her MSW with a focus on Direct Clinical Practice in 2023 and takes a personalized, client-centered approach.
McKinley earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Boise State University. She uses Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with focus areas including anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and identity development.
Kennedi received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Boise State University, where she co-created the BroncoBOLD Mental Health Initiative. She has experience in school counseling, crisis intervention, and group counseling across K-12 settings, and uses a person-centered approach grounded in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration.
